Well, I met many shoppers who absolutely loved the Made in the USA toys!  Consistently, shoppers were not only familiar with the Made in the USA brands but also owned a couple items.   Needless to say it was a great 2 days, filled with a lot of great people, and laughs.

One of the things that struck me was a comment I heard several times - that products like the Uncle Goose Blocks, and Roy Toys were traditional play sets, and HEIRLOOMS.   A women told me that her kids play with a set that is handed down 2 generations.  These are the kind of gifts truly cherished in a world where things can at times feel disposable.

We did hold our raffle, and Mary from Havertown was the lucky winner of our giveaway item, a Nursery Rhyme block set.   Congratulations, Mary and thank you to everyone who made the sale a success!

I am excited to announce that I will be attending the Take 2 Consignment Sale on March 22 in Springfield, PA.
This is a great bi-annual event.   I will be adding a number of children's items made right here in the USA this month - most of these will be featured at the sale.   It will give the customers at the sale a view of companies like Uncle Goose Blocks, Re-Play Tableware, RoyToy building sets, and of course some surprises and giveaway raffles.  If you cannot make it to the sale, be sure to continue to check the website the next couple of weeks for the newly available items.
